This is why I’ve been anti “ban.” Not because I’m insensitive to the arguments about national security, but because those arguments aren’t confined to TikTok. They apply to Zuck, Musk, Google, Bezos, and the rest. Rednote is even more dangerous, & they are driving everyone into it.

I just don’t see it. Three dimensions creates a lot of problems… like… A LOT of problems. Exponentially so. It is not the tech, it’s us and our lives and safety. We can’t have drones falling out of the sky. We can’t have them crashing into houses. We can’t have them cutting people’s heads off.

I have to give the Vikes credit… they have had a heck of a season. I don’t think they will ultimately go the distance but they had a great season. Three NFC north teams in the playoffs this year (most likely) that’s some thing! #nfl

While possible, I find it unlikely that an entire jury would be held in contempt solely for a not guilty verdict. Jury nullification resulting in an acquittal is a real risk here. A more likely outcome is a mistrial I would think. The PA case, however, is much cleaner. He had unregistered firearms.
