This legal framework will also serve to help the maturing of the gaming medium, improving artistic education within it, helping protect its history and legally challenging the largely historically unchallenged power of corporations within the gaming industry. This will be an update to consumer law in the European Union and likely in the United Kingdom, affecting all of gaming in the same way that many anti-trust laws affect consumer rights and privacy in much of the world, without worsening the conditions of artists and workers within gaming companies and anyone who works in interactive art. It only needs 500k signatures from any EU citizen to force legal consideration in the EU, and this is the last month to achieve it. Anyone that could help and share it to people within the EU and those in the UK, would be incredibly helpful to all, given the importance of art, expression, entertainment, the growth of art and the rememberance of history in society. That it is gaming matters not to a non-gamer, as a corporate erasure and control of artistic expression and history affects us all. Help us get corporations to Stop Killing Games.
