UPDATE: Refund is probably going through for me this time. It took far too much of my time in chats and reporting the same info to Amazon repeatedly, with falsely encouraging responses, but I got them to call me and it appears to be a real refund is in process.

Hey @JeffBezos I'm still required to jump through hoops and no refund for the bag of dirt in a lens box that Amazon sent me instead of a lens.
