Advanced tech & medical breakthroughs can cost billions. Who can fund them? Nation-states or benevolent billionaires (oxymoron). The U.S. doesn't exist in a vacuum. We still need patents, loans, factories, research, risk, and government grants to compete. (photo Aptera.us)
