I miss specific people out of the blue sometimes. Like Mary, a friend & server at my restaurant. She was a beautiful mess with the most mesmerizing sleeves. She passed at a young age. I remember her loving my Mac n cheese even though she was lactose intolerant

I once ate a Pannenkoeken.
There was a German restaurant
on Thames (soft th/long a) Street
who served them for Sunday
brunch. Berries were involved
along with confectioners sugar
but NO syrup.

No trees were tapped,
no spiles driven,
no tubing, no runs
to the sugar shack,
no sap boiled.
