My paper "Self-Determination in the Age of Algorithmic Warfare" has just been published in the EJLS. It argues that the use of AI-DSS in Gaza, purportedly improving IHL compliance, justify the entrenchment of surveillance and thus violate the right to self-determination. ejls.eui.eu/issues/speci...
