Trauma-informed yoga. Very comforting—helps you connect much deeper with your body and emotions than standard Hatha Yoga, but it's less dynamic.

After several failed CBT therapies, a multi-modal approach works best for me: Logosynthesis (self-coaching and w/ a coach), trauma-informed (TI) breath work, TI yoga, TI bodyscan, and TI exercise.

For you, it might be very different. A TI therapist can hopefully help you find your own solutions.
