The setlist included "Lost in the Flood," "Saint in the City," "Kitty's Back," "Jungleland" and "Pretty Flamingo" — with an encore that featured one of the earliest performances of "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town," a "Detroit Medley" enlivened by "the whole goddamn band" and a solo-piano "For You."
