All I ever wanted was for my daughters to enjoy sports with me. It took until junior year at UF for the first one. The second one calls to tell me she watched Star Wars with her boyfriend. I say that’s a win for the old man.

Actually I can and 1A has no mention of citizenship. What you are referring to is for cases of expedited removal. People who have been deported previously or entered illegally would qualify for that. I don’t support what she wrote either, but let the court sort it out. We’re not a dictatorship.

It’s not mutually exclusive. Both can be wrong, but punishing the one you disagree with while leaving the other alone is dangerous. Gov’t officials using Signal need to be fired and put on trial. The writer deserves her day in court to prove her innocence. That’s how our system is supposed to work.
