Internal combustion engines.

It will be like us thinking about all the horse shit in crowded cities of the early 20th century.

I love that hockey has live player changes, unlike every other sport.

It makes playoff hockey thrilling. Regular season play can be much less competitive.

I thought the loop was the name for the central business district and the encircling elevated train, not any highway.

Lol... the preview is showing the CBC article but the link is the more complete Edmonton Journal article.

I tried to link to both but the Bluesky character limit made it impossible in one post.

Agreed.
November 4, 2025 at 4:19 PM
The cost per petition was put at $1 M by the head.

The $13 M was to build capacity/capability. It might be debatable whether all the latter is needed along with a presumably permanent budget increase.

My wife sent the whole interview. She was fantastic and absolutely deserves to be Chief Political Correspondent.

I guess the scenes from remote countries where legislators scramble over their desks and chairs in their chambers to fight won't happen in the US.

But I am hopeful there will be a phase transition wherein more & more MAGAs will awake from their spell. At that point the streets will come alive.
