I noticed, while making dinner tonight, that I bought unsalted chicken stock. I didn't even know it was a thing.
Turns out you can add bouillon paste and it's the best shelf stable stock you'll ever get. It's not gonna have the gelatin effect but we don't all have six hours to simmer chicken frames.

I don't watch a ton of Laval stuff, so I could be making this up, but what I do see from the rocket, these guys are just so into it. They relish their little wins, they relish the big wins. It would be a mistake to meddle with that juju, to trade that for a few more points for the big club.

The Rogue brewery closure is something of a BFD but the only people I've seen talking about are in the pro brewer subreddit. This is like if Firestone Walker or Stone or Lagunitas ceased to exist. Bigger than when Anchor closed.
