Wife. Mom of feral boys. Committer of the sin of empathy. Maker of lots of things. Why is there so much laundry?
Trying to be a normal person right now is making me feel like I’m losing my mind. What do you mean I still have to do the laundry when my kids are probably going to lose their health care and people are disappearing into the Everglades?

The risk in allowing the regime to advance its Project 2025 agenda is that the future of the Democratic Party could end up looking and sounding a helluva lot more like George Wallace (D) and Strom Thurmond (D) than Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D) and Cory Booker (D).

“We’re not going back!”

Right.

As many things change, the one thing that stays the same is my complete inability to make the correct amount of spaghetti for my family.

Nox was recently diagnosed with diabetes at a vet visit that required his leg to be shaved a little. My husband declared him “uneven” and shaved his other leg. #caturday

Just saw a woman in the car next to me at a light pull a swiffer duster out of somewhere and dust her dashboard. I aspire to this level of organization and cleanliness.

Yup!
something I haven't seen yet: isn't a massive increase in the range of goods worth smuggling going to be a big boost to exactly the kind of cross-border organized crime the WH claims it wants to stop?

Didn’t get the job I interviewed for last week. It was almost exactly what I needed at this point in my life and I’m more disappointed than I thought I would be. Back to the #jobhunt

Senator Jim Banks (R) isn’t sorry he told a fired federal worker “he probably deserved it”.

He went on to say the worker was “complaining about losing a left-wing woke job in the federal government that should have never been a job to begin with”.

The job was helping people with disabilities.
