2017 was a very turbulent year for America, filled with fear and political division. Sadly, not many music stars were making songs standing up against these issues. And so, for some reason, it was up to The Script to break that silence and get political

Just watched the new Knives Out and I think it's really important you know that the scene in the Seminary's Gym is filmed in the same place Rick Astley filmed the music video for Never Gonna Give You Up.

I saw the window tracery and immediately made my friends pause the film so I could tell them.

The reason I love following pop music is because I just know seeing something like this is a fucking nuclear bomb level disaster for some people

"Forgotten Genre"? What are you talking about? It's just Top 40 pop music. No one has stopped talking about any of these songs because they're all still hugely popular

Taylor Swift has a song on her new album called "Wood" that's just a bunch of on-the-nose metaphors for how big her husband's cock is, and it's somehow not the cringiest track on the record

I feel like a big load-bearing problem with the early Epic Atheism Skeptic people on YouTube which lead to them all going crazy eventually is that debunking religious stuff is kind of easy in terms of mental effort, but they carried themselves like they were enlightened bastions of truth and sanity

Ronnie Radke is in a similar circle to the Chris Taylor Brown, guy from Skillet circle of weird alt-rock chuds, but unlike those two I don't really see an avenue of someone making a decent doc on them. There isn't really a narrative hook to "an asshole was once famous but now is just kind of there"
