For my first book of the year I'm reading Lady Eve's Last Con by Rebecca Fraimow. I'm in a group that does a Jólabókaflóð (Christmas Book Flood) themed swap every year and this is the book I received this time around. It's a really fun romp so far.

I got lots of good books for Christmas, I'm already a third of the way through Breaking the Dark by Lisa Jewell.

Everyone This Christmas Has a Secret because I love the author. The Collected Regrets of Clover because it's about a death doula which I have aspirations to be. We Refuse because understanding different forms of resistance may be useful going forward.
