You know the meme of the guy talking to the wall? I imagine my random video game opinion posts here will be just like that.
Damn, I know I’m late to complaining about this but I saw a video that I genuinely thought was funny and could have been real, but was AI. I swear if kids today grow up on fake jokes like this I don’t wanna be a part of it.

These all game out at $30. Here’s hoping the trend continues and with the giant wave of new amiibo coming they sit long enough to drop in price.

Lots of cool ones coming out but the pricing is egregious. Abstaining should ideally allow the price to become affordable
Zelda - Yunobo amiibo is $19.99 on Amazon buff.ly/TEntd4D

It’s super great to be in the timeline where Sony decided that investing into so many live service games was more important than getting Bloodborne to 60fps

Dang, getting to work from home all the time must be awesome because the time from when you clock out and log onto Steam goes from 30+ minutes to half a second.

So glad we have the timeline where Sony wasted years of talent and resources on live service games only to cancel them all after Concord. Not that anyone wanted these games anyway.
PlayStation fans have speculated for years about Bluepoint's new projects since the well-received PS5 remake of Demon's Souls (2020).

I can report that from 2020-2022 they were helping on God of War Ragnarok. Since then they've been on the live-service project that was canceled today. Now, unclear

Got the wife hooked on Balatro, which is always a sign of a good game. A GOTY contender some may say.

I don’t think there’s anything I’ve wanted to see fail from aggressive marketing more than this Wicked movie.

For the GotY noms, my pick is Astro Bot. I enjoyed SotE a ton but the base game already swept 2022. Balatro from what I’ve played is also awesome

Astro Bot is the underdog but as the most consistently fun and a near perfect experience, I’d love to see it prove to Sony that this game is important

Tried Banjo Tooie again after the SuperBanjo cheat made the rounds. Definitely helps the pacing a ton cause these levels are too big and complex. This is a 3D metroidvania but not in a good way.

It’s actually been fun to give it another go but in no world is this game better than the original.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown.

What a video game, I’m probably 75% through and each time I pick it up I just have the most fun time. Super slept on game and deserves more love, the only flaw is that it’s Ubisoft and you need a stupid account!

I’ve seen so many people say Super Mario Odyssey isn’t replayable when to me that moreover accurately describes these open air Zelda games. Unparalleled exploration for a first time experience, but the shrines lose their luster after the first time, unlike the mainstay dungeons of series past.

Spending the wife’s birthday ordering out dinner and starting a new stardew valley farm now that the latest big patch is coming to console.

A good way to celebrate that I’m now paying for her health insurance :)
