I don’t feel pretty today and I’m not loving my hair or my smile or my lopsided invisible eyebrows, so I put on makeup to change my mind and posting this here where no one will see. Baby steps to loving myself in mind, soul and *body*

Atlanta comes to mind. But even though I could never reach the top of that high hill, I only wished the best for those that did. They opened their arms to me, even when I was ugly and even when my envy showed. I am glad for those who are safe and I mourn the losses y’all suffered. I hope for healing
