Major trust issues for O'Brien and his ilc. Working remotely for 25 years+. Now in Poland & USA.
If your employee is proficient at the job in the office, they are capable of doing it remotely.
Remote work =good work life balance & Eco friendly.

One of my grand aunts applied for the pension along with her 3 sisters, she died before it was awarded to her. The language in the files commenting on the womens commitment at the time is dismissive in comparison to the file of their brother!!!
