Biggest takeaway for me is seeing how many others agrees that confidence is the core issue in growth. They are scared of how others will view them and feel like they would rather be seen as lazy than stupid. We as teachers need to help uplift our students and inspire confidence in them to try hard

This reminds me of high school math. I felt stuck for so long on the tests and quizzes I kept failing. I stopped caring for a long time. Later in life I succeeded in taking the math praxis to teach. Sometimes the growth takes time and effort, but is always worth it
