Nice game and a brand new built-ins

Not just when it’s convenient. The three hour time difference is kicking my ass, but a good workout should make me tired. And they have a @peloton bike here too.

Getting it on today. I feel good about myself the first time in a long time. I actually missed working out while I was gone. Felt like I needed to get back to it.

So, we got an ice bath for Christmas and I’ve used it a number of times. It’s a nightmare for the first 10 seconds and frankly, the hardest part about it isn’t the temperature, it’s controlling your breathing so you don’t panic.
That said, the recovery is phenomenal. I love it.
