So, we got an ice bath for Christmas and I’ve used it a number of times. It’s a nightmare for the first 10 seconds and frankly, the hardest part about it isn’t the temperature, it’s controlling your breathing so you don’t panic.
That said, the recovery is phenomenal. I love it.
