I would love to see more plants and fewer weapons or items that would traditionally be for a more arcane based class. Oh, and something that plays with the different land types for druids would be neat one day... coast, forest, desert, tundra, etc.

Even if you don't have time for a new platform, I do recommend joining the Subscriptions for Authors FB group and poking around the posts and information just to see how people are using it. There's inspiration to be had and fun people to network with!

Yes!! The team over there created the platform intentionally for writers and a lot of writers who are migrating over from Patreon are excited about the new features it offers! There's a whole FB group dedicated to resources and support where the Ream CEO is active and asking for regular feedback.

Hey, this is totally fair. Brute force is a writing technique I have never understood. My mind simply cannot function like that, which is frustrating in combination with my ADHD hyperfixation more often than not.

When I feel like this, I sit down and focus on those cyclical thoughts, reminding myself that what I am feeling is a processing issue in my brain. My mind is looping and I need to let it process before it will be able to move on to other things.

If I had evidence that my family member died from following the advice of an AI-generated book they bought on Amazon, I would sue them so fast... and liability protection be darned because there is so much documented evidence that Amazon doesn't follow its own quality control standards.

Unless the interpretation of "lovers" is in a purely physical sense and there's no emotional growth arc, but my personal opinion is that stories are rather dull without emotional connections between the characters that change and grow as they do.

But even in that situation they have growing to do. That moment is based on attraction and high emotion. To actually feel love, they need time to change their fundamental opinions of one another and grapple with the fact that they do, in fact, feel attraction.
