Stayed here recently and recommend. An unusual (and unusually nice) hotel, plus able to wander around the exhibition and rooftop after the hordes have left for the day. 10/10 would stay again.

Thank you - I really appreciate all you are putting into the media at the moment. I don't want to be 'fixed' or to have to justify my existence: I'm not a defective neurotypical person, I'm a perfectly functioning autistic person from a family with very similar traits.

I was looking out of my window this afternoon and thinking 'cool, someone's put up a small turbine'. Now I know what it is. Thank you!

I have many thoughts about this. Particularly that as there are no separate diagnostic tests for adults, adult women - often high-masking - are at a further disadvantage. I have never felt more broken than when a spotlight was shone on the things I try to hide, in order to be scored against DSM-5!

I'm not sure I'd worry much as long as it's something they enjoy and can justify their choice if asked. eg if they are good at German, they have learnt how to communicate around a language barrier. Rather than taking phys/history/whatever because they feel they ought to, which is less interesting.

He seems to be becoming more of an arsehole with every day that passes. Being a decent human being really isn't as hard as he's making it out to be.

For this Littlemore resident, the idea of having to drive into town is the reason I own a bike. I own a car in order to get away from Oxford, not into it 😱

I'm wondering how many endorsements are genuine, compared with how many are trying to cover their arses in the event he comes after those who don't support him. Distasteful either way.

The best definition I've read is that a neurotypical introvert knows how to play the game but chooses not to, while an autistic person doesn't know the rules. I am autistic and introverted and I have autistic friends who I'd consider to be extroverted; I have huge but baffled admiration for them.
