This is the pedestrian underpass under Littlemore roundabout. There are two other significant leaks within 500m of this one, all have which have been flooding intermittently for the past fortnight - and today, the hosepipe ban starts! @thameswater you need to sort yourselves out.

No BoJo, 14m people did *not* vote for you: they voted for their local MPs. Your name did not appear on the ballot paper, because this is not the US and you are not the president. Why do you need to be told this?

Yesterday, @EasyJet sent me an email update on my (existing) flight voucher, stating that if I can't use it, they can refund me. Today, they replied to my refund request that I'm ineligible because I've been issued with a voucher. Some sort of bizarre joke?

.@Hermesparcels Can't get thru to your call centre because it won't understand my tracking no: it hears 'B' as V or E. I've tried 2 different phones and even the phonetic alphabet. Annoying for me; horrific for non-native English speakers or those with accessibility needs.

Why on earth is this the last para of the article, and not the first? “To even train as a student nurse, all of your vaccines have to be up to date. Why is this any different? If you don’t want to have it, maybe you should consider a different career.”

What a baffling take on things, when the global population has quadrupled in my parents' lifetime. Our planet can't sustain this increasing overpopulation. Weird choice of opinion piece when @guardian is normally more environmentally responsible

Depressing reading but good to see this being recognised. Locking down only the vulnerable, while lower-risk groups proceed with normal life, is not the answer when it will lead to lifelong health issues & associated pressure on the NHS for years to come:

My mum's vulnerable: 70+ and asthmatic, self-isolating for her own safety. On 16/03, she made a @Tesco grocery order, due today (the earliest slot available), and they've just cancelled it. I get they're under massive strain, but please prioritise the ones who need it most!
