This version of Bruce is also childhood friends with-and still close to-characters that would normally be a part of his rogue's gallery; Waylon Jones, Harvey Dent, Oswald Cobblepot, Edward Nigma and Selina Kyle, who are Bruce's ear to the ground, so to speak. They're the Crime Alley Kids

THE PENGUIN / OSWALD COBBLEPOT was a humble Cobblepot Penguin named Oswald living in Gotham City Zoo when some toxic Ace Chemicals found their way into his "Iceberg Lounge" enclosure.
By the end of the year, he'd become the godfather of a sewer-dwelling, animal-based mafia.
