‘How was the birth of your baby…?’ Many #mothers struggle with the answer to that question. They feel grateful to have their #baby, but the memories of the birth often keep coming back. They might be angry, or sad, or guilty or ashamed that they did something wrong, didn’t try hard enough.

For infants and young children, mental health and physical health are intertwined, just as they are for adults.

Infants and toddlers can’t always express their mental health struggles in words, but they communicate through physical symptoms and changes in behavior.
