It was a celebration of Gary - Mani- Mountfield's life, his passions - Mod culture, Irish roots, United, the music; The Roses and the Scream represented, the people of Manchester, it was beautifully done, for a beautiful soul.
Was choked up seeing images of Mani's funeral today. They did him proud. The coffin in Roses artwork, his bandmates - brothers in music being pallbearers. His two boys quietly behind. The outrider scooters. "R Kid, Mani and Dad" as flowers/

Yep, I'm pretty much broke, my Aunt invited us over for Christmas, have to bring two dishes - ok can manage that. But the presents and cards for everyone yikes... regifting books, candles, getting socks and wrapping paper.
Money causes more than just worry at Christmas.
We visit one Nottinghamshire estate - which falls into the top 20% of the country's most deprived areas - and find it’s also a test of Christmas spirit.

Where's the growth that the Labour Party government said was their priority. In order to meet their spending rules - that spending must be met by tax revenues; taxation is being whacked up, (my household is paying 1000s extra), then there's fiscal drag.

If you look at lots of pictures of him, and you know Asperger's Syndrome you can see it in the eyes and the way he smiles an awkward expression. (This does not mean autism =murder but is I believe a factor in his life long issues).

Riffing about Rocco Ritchie's art - young artist doing a classical style, I'm pleased that NFT and all AI stuff is no longer getting the cultural attention it was. I want direct human produced work, by human hands, eyes, thought, that the connection I want when I see work.

I dont watch that channel, so I wouldn't have spotted the original, what a disgrace to make such a claim and not checking first, just assuming it's true. This is what Meghan and her mum have to put up with. disgraceful
Here’s Carole Malone & GBNEWS apologising for their racist smear and defamation of Meghan’s mum, Doria Ragland. Thank you to everyone who wrote to Ofcom and GBNEWS to complain. We’re sick of their cra*p. Enough is enough. ✊

Reiner’s own films reshaped modern comedy and drama with their intelligence, empathy and range. But through his company, Castle Rock, he paved the way for Seinfeld, Sorkin and many more

I find the idea of deepfake AI clones of real teachers viscerally disgusting.
At one point in this article an organisation that does this trys to justify if by saying no teacher will be forced to have a clone.
Wow.

I've been watching the comedy Trying about a couple who are trying to have children. The actors are superb, and the filmography makes London look dreamy.

Thomas Markle why must you have daily mail cameras from your apparent hospital death bed? Meghan probably wants to see you but doesn't want all this weirdness.

I volunteer with a London youth club that does amazing things on a budget with low overheads.

This week we're running a matched funding campaign. For every £1 donated the club gets £2.

And if you donate any amount, I'll give you a free month of London Centric.
