Anyway it's something different than all the unironic flag builds you'll encounter today.

I've had people tell me in person that they loathe it, that it's haunting etc, which is to some extent the point. It's art, it's okay to hate it, but then you take that feeling and put it somewhere productive.

I originally created this in November 2024 and finished it for display the following February. People don't always get it right away but I don't mind that it takes time for some people to unpack it.

Here it is at Brickworld Chicago last year. I liked this Moc but wasn't completely satisfied with it. I wanted the root section to be longer and the trees to be further apart but due to size limitations it wasn't feasible. So back into the great parts link it goes to be revisited someday.

Hard to see exactly what I'm talking about, I honestly don't know how helpful this is either, but it's 2am so we're at capacity for the day

Oh interesting, Mars mission was one of the many themes before my time, and I am also trying to imagine how they will connect 😸 I mean I have an idea but I'm waiting on a few other parts before I can really test it. But thanks for the support!

Yeah I'm trying to complete this one in time for Brick fan expo Birmingham in mid May, or Brick rodeo in early July at the latest. So look for it then 🎉
