I finally got around to playing the Cyberpunk DLC & encountered a bug where the game doesn’t recognize the DLC that you’ve already been playing so you have to re-download when you start up the game. Known issue for weeks, no fix. This is the most Cyberpunk thing CD Project Red could have done.
