The East Isles books are excellent. Quite seriously, they include some of the best art published for Glorantha, some top quality work. It's a shame I'm not very interested in playing a game set there!

A 3-page preview is now available.

Fair enough :-). Page 3 is basically QW-on-a-page, a one-page handout you can give to new players. Pages 4-9 are each "one rule system"-on-a-page, for use only when making characters or when specific rules mechanisms get used. If the preview hasn't generated properly, I'll fix that when I get time.

Like QuestWorlds itself, QuestWorlds-on-a-Page is ORC licensed (except for the graphic design and layout), so the diagrams can be re-assembled and reused in anyone else's QW book.

QWOAP consists of six one-page flowcharts and a one-page rules summary, aimed at beginning players and GMs to get quickly up-to-speed with the main QuestWorlds concepts and systems.

Page 103 for the short definitions (clans are defined by kinship, tribes are federations of clans connected by shared history), and pages 106-107 give good examples of a tribe (Colymar) and clans (Ernaldori), both of which are covered in more detail in a different book, the GM Screen Pack.

It's set up for a monitor rather than a phone screen, for sure. It generates PCsexactly as per the core rulebook process - great for that, not so much use if you want PCs with cults, backgrounds etc that aren't in that book. Last con game of RQG that I ran: I just used the standard pre-gens ...

Hi, I'm very interested in backing this and will look at a freight forwarder to the UK to see what that would cost. Are you in a position to estimate (very roughly is fine!) a likely size and weight for the eventual package? Thanks!

27 minutes is very quick if you are doing RQG char gen "by the book" with paper and pen. With a group of players (looking for character relationships), I allow a whole session! But I can generate a character for RQG using runequesting.com in about 5 minutes, that's the best option in a hurry.

I think you should vary it each issue just to take the piss out of pedants. PS: re publication date, this struck me because I was adding the Pendragon article from V1#6 into a bibliography - see, pedants and archivists are already all over you! :-)

I really need to know whether this is Volume 1 Issue 7, as it says on the spine, or Volume 2 Issue 1, as it says on the page footers. I'm worried I may have filed it incorrectly ;-) PS: Future archivists also implore you to put the publication date in the colophon :-)
