The Illinois offense somehow had a play where it was ruled a catch on the field, the receiver never bobbled the ball, never lost the ball, and yet it was ruled incomplete.

LOLOLOLOL the Bears literally had that play dead for a loss of 3 and a punt, but one missed tackle later it instead turned into a huge gain for the Giants.

You would think I should be used to the combination of bad and annoying that the Chicago Bears usually offer up on a weekly basis but I am absolutely mystified by what I am watching today.

That miss of a 26-yard field goal from Alabama reminds me that perhaps the most impressive thing about what Nick Saban did there is he basically built 5 or 6 teams in a row that wouldn't have lost a game EXCEPT for missed/blocked/returned field goals.
