Craft beer's edison bulb ratio just went up, and it's oatmeal stout ratio just went down, and both are tragic.

Loved reading this! Out of curiosity, was John Larson's book "Laid Waste!" part of your research for the book? He didn't focus on meat specifically, but your respective concepts seem like kindred spirits.
