I ran a movie theatre in Woodland Hills, CA in the mid-90s. Michael Jackson rented out a screen for a group of 6. He wanted to be let in through an exit after we started the trailers with the lights turned down. I opened the door, and he said "thank you" in his iconic voice on the way to his seat.
