If you think the US has all the cards when it comes to tariffs with Japan and South Korea as well as many other nations, they only have to start selling treasury bills at a frequency that further weakens the dollar accordingly. They have many trump cards in their hand, especially if they coordinate.

Saw this on google maps when researching a project in Pierce County, WA. I wonder what this person thinks about the blatant self-enrichment, corruption and outright bribery being accomplished by Trump and his associates already. This person probably has justification for it.

I think the 90 million military parade money should go to food banks instead. Doesn't this count as waste? Feeding hungry people is never a waste.

We need to make sure in the future that any emergency declaration is confirmed by a supermajority of the House after no longer than 30 days or it expires. This financial emergency declaration is causing our economy to slowly implode.

Its time to take the tariff power away from the President and put it directly in the hands of the people. The only economic emergency is what this administration has created.

Two things on my mind this morning. First, when will the controlling party in Congress get some backbone and take back control of the tariff and levys? We were not in a national emergency before, but I think we are now. Second, a person like Hegseth was voted in by both the house and the Senate.

The Trump administration does not want the wrongly deported man to come back from the prison in El Salvador as he will tell people the brutality and inhumanity of the place. I cannot believe that people would get shipped to a prison that has no end date for imprisonment other than death.

When I said the DJT Shitshow had begun.....It began right when he started and it continues to be a shitshow. The pump and dump that just happened affects everyone's baseline in their 401k. I expect China to start dumping their treasury bonds next because of the game of chicken that is taking place.

Tomorrow, I expect the DOW to drop below the 40,000 which is over 10% drop from its peak. That is 10% off your retirement savings. Trump and his billionaire cronies don't depend on the stock market to fund their retirement at Marlago or on a megayacht. I could totally see 35000 in the next month.

If Mitch McConnell would have stood up back when he could have made a difference, a major portion of the current headlines would not be happening. Life would be different than the daily circus show that we have. Every day I shake my head and look at the 3 year+ calendar left. Sorry world.

I'm hoping fuel prices keep rising. I have an EV and don't feel the effects of the fuel pump pain. Trump can try to kill EVs and wind farms, because he's old, short sighted and highly opinionated. #fucktrump

I don't think anyone tearing down our government has ever experienced eating beans and rice for breakfast and dinner (no lunch) for a month to make ends meet. Try that diet for a month and see how your attitude changes.

I can't believe our country voted with the likes of Russia and North Korea in the UN. This is not what our Country stands for. Russian troop slaughtered innocents, raped women, tortured and executed prisoners of war and invaded a sovereign country. It's reprehensible.
