yeah, it's an interesting take on density: you make the houses extra-dense and then spend the rest of the footprint on green space

we'd have to count the houses to compare, but you can see where they exist next to the infill subdivided lot sizes around them

and those are also businesses: the brands buying the ads to sell you mattresses and smoothies and whatever

and they do need hard consumers, but as long as the ROI is positive, the performance actually isn't super efficient
