Thanks — yes, it’s astounding. Given that the #2 DoD official is a private equity guy I suppose it isn’t surprising. Still, I’m investigating how we can pursue some of this corruption civilly if the DOJ refuses to.

Executive pay packages affect how companies act. Future administrations more concerned about antitrust than this one should scrutinize how these pay packages are likely to affect corporate concentration and power.
