I generally believe the official games should only have one difficulty for many reasons, but mods are different. Reforged offers a variety of game modes & difficulty options.
Like Casual Mode: which weakens enemies & prevents rune loss, but still preserves enemy AI behavior.

Another fun thing about Alladin Ring Reforged is the additions made to the moveset -- while still feeling largely authentic to the core, vanilla experience.
The ability to slide is one of the new dodge options, but some moveset, like the Double Axe, have a really cool slide attack.

Never in my life did I ever think I'd get mimic veiled! They invaded, went undetected as I was invaded by a recusant -- who we killed -- then I had to find this invader. Heh.
Not my best work, but Reforged has led to interesting pvp encounters.

I've never played a magic class in Elden Ring before, but Reforged adds some nice features to magic - like the ability to access two spells via R1/R2 and the addition of generator spells to regain FP.
Being able to guard counter & critical strike with your Left Hand offers more versatility too.

One of my favourite thing about the soulsies games, especially when playing them slowly, is that I'm rewarded for looking up at the ceiling when adventuring.

I recently decided to try out Wizardry Variants Daphne. I had always wanted to try one of the games out, and this was free. Whenever I start a gacha though, I play without doing any pulls for as long as humanly possible to assess the game's quality.
It made for a rather interesting experience here.

Testing Daggerfall for the first time. Dude didn't want to give me directions, so I changed my tone to a polite one - was surprised that he gave me a different line, figured he'd change his mind and appreciate my politenes-- no, nevermind.

I've been trying to get back into Pokemon. I'm enjoying an RPGMaker Fan Game called RBGenesis+. It's like a remaster of RBGY using GSC assets & systems, updated maps, modern features from Gen 8, new events, and stuff. They've even got Blue (or Green/Leaf) from the manga as an additional rival.

Monster Hunter Wilds probably has my favourite version of the Rathian fight and it's 99% because of how cool it feels to perfect guard & dodge its fireball.
