Everywhere I can see the icons on the main timeline and if I go to their large userpage. I can only officially see their non-blurry icon if I click on their icon while on their large userpage.

Yep! Retweeted and changed it! Still have this issue and it's been there 'till day 1. Someone looking over my shoulder went "...what's going on with your timeline?"

I don't wanna point at someone without their consent, since I like their art and a bunch of friends are retweeting it, so I'll just show their icon, and what their icon looks like when I'm scrolling down the side.
I'm very much going "....why is this considered graphic content to hide from me?"

Next select Settings, and then Moderation on the next screen. At the bottom of the Moderation page under "Advanced" is a section called "Bluesky Moderation Service" that looks like an info box. It in fact leads to more settings.
