Seeing a lot of people today post some variation of "TikTok needs to be banned because it's rotted everyone's brains." It's not TikTok. You're uncomfortable with how normal people use the internet — which will always be strange and ugly — and you'll say the same thing about whatever replaces TikTok.

Just in awe of how many people and businesses are pulling together to help those who lost everything. I love LA. 🥹

I don't really use TikTok that much, but I find it fascinating that our government is on the verge of banning an app for national security reasons that are still unclear in the same week that Meta, the largest social media company, says it's now fine to hate LGBTQ people and call us mentally ill.

Bluesky is so much better than Twitter.
