When I had my son, there was no fluoride in water where we lived and I fell for the “granola mom” influence of fluoride free toothpaste. At age 4 he had to have surgery for 6 root canals with silver caps - we called them Pirate teeth - but I was mortified to have let that happen.

When I was around 5 I got into a bottle of those pink fluoride pills and ate quite a few. Not to brag, but I was near the top of my class throughout all of my schooling. And didn’t have a cavity until I was an adult.

Once again, these guidelines have many issues with them - the fact they encourage exercise while acutely infected with SARS-CoV-2 to prevent Long Covid is very alarming. No evidence at all to support that recommendation. Please don’t highlight these guidelines.

Except that they have poorly worded recommendations on exercise, which has a low level of evidence. Many in the Long COVID community have concerns over a number of these guidelines.

Absolutely. Return to work cannot be considered until you can manage activities of daily living without crashing. And then if work is introduced, it shouldn’t be happening at the expense of activities of daily living.
