To clarify here OLEDs will actually have lower max nits of the good display technologies, but their contrast ratio is basically infinite because the display is not backlit, so pixels become completely black.
Mini LED can get way brighter but you have discrete backlight zones instead of per pixel.

Modern LG OLEDs do 120hz with gsync, as long as your GPU can do HDMI 2.1.
Smart TV stuff is there but if it’s not connected to the internet I find it to not really do anything annoying.
