Even when you factor in exclusives that were able to take full advantage it's hard to really say the growing pains were worth it. Sure Naughty Dog were able to get a lot of juice out of it and it showed with games like Uncharted 2, but cases like that are few and far between

Even as a seventh gen enjoyer it's hard to really give much credence to the cell architecture of the PS3 given what you mentioned along with the serious growing pains of those first handful of years where multi-plats were almost universally worse on the system compared to the 360

Forgot to update on here but the cruise was fucking amazing. Visited Honduras, Belize, and Mexico, food was great, and I danced every night. Best vaca I've had in my life I think?
