As a former HR ETL there I can totally co-sign this type of idiotic policy. They literally have 6leansigma experts who come up with these nonsensical policies.

I say this out of logic not love. Because a lot more of decision makers at companies are either illogical or faking it. If you discriminate against candidates who are long term unemployed you are upholding institutional racism and sexism.
