My therapist advised me to focus on learning to love myself before trying to jump into other relationships. I agree, but it's tough..I don't have an internal sense of self really. I view myself the way people treat me, I don't even know where to start.

I guess I'm used to assuming people are deeply insecure and scared about sex but also constantly thinking about it the way I am. Probably should work that out in therapy

I don't love this day, I always feel I should be doing more than I want to do and I always feel awkward around presents. After so many years around people that don't allow you want you need, it's difficult to ask for what you want :/
