Playing Oblivion Remastered so far:
- Looking up random NPCs in the wiki because I found them dead in the wilderness
- Mud crabs in the sewers float into the air when killed
- Was hiding in a guard barracks for a quest and they started spawning in with no armor

Then most of the Glam Bingo Brunch (or Brunch Bingo- there was a random changeover with that) were also me just photoshopping heads from Machine ASM photos onto old movie posters and finding the original font. Iconic compared to the rest of the stuff gay Boston was putting out at the time.

As a non-designer chaos gremlin, I used to do low-to-no cost lazy photoshop flyers for friends, and they were usually* a hit.
While I get that doing it on a weekly cadence ruins the creative enjoyment, and in both cases unlicensed assets are "borrowed", GenAI could never compare to my "work":
