This is on Switch 2 btw. Unsure if this same slowdown issue exists on the 2017 Switch (though it also runs the game substantially slower so it's less noticeable).

I've been eyeing up some cases for the Switch 2 and one of them was Genki's Attack Vector. It seems that, after the suit was filed by Nintendo (left), they changed the language used in their product pages to remove any trademarks associated with Nintendo (right).
