I hate to bang the obvious drum of organizing workers to strike for a better future, but yeah that's the only legal way to get any concessions or more.

I hate to bang the obvious drum of organizing workers to strike for a better future, but yeah that's the only legal way to get any concessions or more.
What makes it a bad idea is that is a waste of people's time (because nothing comes from it) and leaves people exhausted from the effort with nothing to show for it so now they are more likely not to get involved in "politics" again.
