The upstairs landlord says there's no way the water in my ceiling came from his unit above me. Two plumbers verifying a leak doesn't mean it went into my ceiling! I must have somehow caused water in my own ceiling, and then tore out the hole myself.
Why do people have to make things difficult?
A ceiling where all of the insulation and drywall has collapsed, leaving a gaping hole showing the structure above.

I have just been invited to present and participate in a meeting at The National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine in Washington DC.
