things they said we couldn’t do:
- get our 40 hour weeks back
- get union coverage for out-of-state remote workers
- have prod in the union
a UNION, all of US, made all those things happen

my prod coworkers fought for over 2 years to organize, join TAG, and bargain their 1st union contract. Disney dragged them through a punitive and ridiculous NLRB unit eligibility hearing, dragged feet through negotiations, but they persisted. now all workers at WDAS are stronger for their efforts!

this is something i think about a lot as a multi-term elected representative of a labor union that is growing and adapting in ways we hadn’t imagined a decade ago.
