I thank medications for getting me closer to baseline a lot but its not like the meds are what are actually helping me work to improve myself rn. Thats just me wanting to. Which is weird. But nice! Its nice to not blame me for struggling sm w everything. I like (sometimes) being kind to me!!

It is kinda crazy to look back at tho. Like even during my worst emotional drops rn i still am not as deep into the despair well as i was even 1-2yrs ago and i think a lot of it was honestly due to physical illnesses that made my brain illnesses worse which is kinda silly 😭 like oh!

Idk if vent accs are healthy to have or not but there were periods where u can see i clearly was Insanely Unwell and.... im still here 😌 so maybe!! Sometimes it probably *is* good to throw ur concerns into the void without overthinking them, even if theyre far from sane 😭
