I have seen such responses to data subject access requests. The complainant should be able to get not redacted copies of entirely or even partially redacted pages at the disclosure phase of employment tribunal proceedings. The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) rarely proves to aid compliance
Voice of Victim

"I looked at the documents disclosed by the University for the Employment Tribunal

Page after page after page is entirely redacted

Either this is a matter of national security or University senior management is covering up some serious wrongdoing 😉"

I wonder what the @royalsociety.org thinks about Sir Paul Nurse’s contributions to #ResearchCulture. Maybe it’s time to have another research culture conference at the Royal Society to address how scientific leaders must act to tackle bullying, discrimination, harassment and victimisation in science
🧵 Most recently, the @nobelprize.org winning scientist Sir Paul Nurse presided over poor research culture at the @crick.ac.uk. When challenged about it he denied having any knowledge of whistleblowing issues around bullying, discrimination, harassment & victimisation
